Before we get acquainted

Let’s get into
the details.

Have something more specific in mind?
Ask Goran directly

Can I buy an office for my company?

Yes. Tell us how much space you need immediately, any growth plans, and your preferred occupancy date. Include whether you could share the property with other tenants.

Are vacant or partially vacant buildings within scope?

They can be. Describe your leasing or owner-occupancy plan and the capital you have allocated beyond the purchase price.

Can I pursue conversion or redevelopment?

You can include that strategy, but a conversion is not assumed feasible. Zoning, building layout, approvals, cost, and financing need property-specific investigation.
